I’m Stephany, the Assistant Manager and Marketing Coordinator at primp. — the person behind the scenes making sure everything looks beautiful, runs smoothly, and feels exactly right. A licensed esthetician by training, I discovered early on that my passion lived at the intersection of beauty and business, and I’ve been building my career there ever since.

Before joining the primp. family, I served as Marketing Manager at Rē Salon & Med Spa, where I developed a deep understanding of how great salons are built — not just through exceptional services, but through intentional branding, client experience, and the kind of culture that keeps people coming back. That foundation carried directly into my role at primp., where I oversee social media, the website, day-to-day operations, and everything in between.

A Huntersville native who studied at American University in Washington, D.C. before finding my way back home to Charlotte, I bring a driven, solutions-first mindset to everything I touch. I’m the kind of person who takes on too much and figures it out anyway — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

What I love most about primp. is simple: the people and the atmosphere. To me, primp. isn’t just a salon — it’s a family. And making sure every guest feels that the moment they walk through the door is what gets me excited to show up every day.
