Stephany Murray-Gramlich is the Assistant Manager and Marketing Coordinator at primp. — the person behind the scenes making sure everything looks beautiful, runs smoothly, and feels exactly right. A licensed esthetician by training, Stephany discovered early on that her passion lived at the intersection of beauty and business, and she’s been building her career there ever since.

Before joining the primp. family, Stephany served as Marketing Manager at Rē Salon & Med Spa, where she developed a deep understanding of how great salons are built — not just through exceptional services, but through intentional branding, client experience, and the kind of culture that keeps people coming back. That foundation carried directly into her role at primp., where she oversees social media, the website, day-to-day operations, and everything in between.

A Huntersville native who studied at American University in Washington, D.C. before finding her way back home to Charlotte, Stephany brings a driven, solutions-first mindset to everything she touches. She’s the kind of person who takes on too much and figures it out anyway — and the primp. experience is better for it.

What she loves most about primp. is simple: the people and the atmosphere. To Stephany, primp. isn’t just a salon — it’s a family. And making sure every guest feels that the moment they walk through the door is what gets her excited to show up every day.
