I’m Sparkles, a Senior Stylist and healthy hair specialist at primp. salon in Charlotte, NC with 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. Originally from Flint, Michigan, I discovered my passion for hair early — I was styling family and friends by age fourteen, inspired by my mother’s strong sense of fashion, and I never looked back.

I specialize in healthy hair and precision styling, with favorite services including razor cuts, up-dos, texture styling, relaxers, roller sets, and curly cuts. My background in fashion and editorial styling includes work with the Carolina TopCats, NASCAR personalities, cast members from the TV series Delilah, film productions such as The Hunger Games, and celebrity clients including Solange Knowles. My ideal clients are professional women who value healthy hair and consistency in their care routine.
