Holly Parsons

I’m Holly, a stylist at primp. salon in Charlotte, NC with more than 32 years of experience and a career that has taken me from the UK to the United States. I began my professional journey in 1992, completing a three-year Advanced NVQ qualification in Hairdressing alongside an apprenticeship at Blades Salon in Truro, Cornwall — one of the leading salons in the region at the time.

At Blades, I worked across two salon locations and spent four years in management, gaining experience on both the creative and operational sides of the industry. After relocating to the United States in 2000, I joined Charles Grayson European Salon & Spa in SouthPark, where I spent 13 years as a senior stylist and member of the training department, participating in promotional shows and charity events along the way. I later continued my career at Salon Vivace before finding my home at primp.

I specialize in a wide range of services and I’m particularly known for my expertise in perming, cutting, and styling. My focus is always on creating hair that not only looks beautiful in the salon, but can be easily maintained and recreated at home. My goal with every guest is simple — I want you to leave feeling confident, comfortable, and genuinely happy with your hair.
