I’m Ashley Jarnagin, a Master Stylist at primp. salon in Charlotte, NC. With 25 years of experience, I bring passion and precision to every single appointment.

My education set the foundation.

From the very beginning, my career was shaped by world-class training. Early on, I trained under one of only five Global Masters in the world. From there, I went on to work alongside NAHA award winners, a British Hairstylist of the Year recipient, and leading global color educators. As a result, my technical precision, creativity, and consistency were sharpened in ways that continue to show up behind the chair every day.

Precision is everything to me.

Above all, I specialize in blondes, brunettes, and precision haircuts in Charlotte — and I take that word seriously. Every cut, every color, and every blowout is executed with intention. Beyond that, I’m known for full hair makeovers, multidimensional color, and long-lasting Brazilian blowouts. Even so, what I love most isn’t just the result — it’s the transformation. Watching a guest leave feeling like the best version of themselves never, ever gets old.

In addition to styling, I teach every guest how to maintain their results at home. For example, my go-to tip is simple: apply dry shampoo immediately after styling. Consequently, it absorbs oil as your scalp produces it and dramatically extends the life of your blowout. On top of that, my favorite products — the Kérastase Chronologiste line and Kérastase VIP Texture Spray — are absolute game changers.
