What should I do if I don’t know what I need/want?

All consultations are 100% complimentary at primp.!! You can book a consultation with any one of our amazing stylist and they will answer all of your questions.

Did the owner of the salon change?

Yes. primp. is now proudly female-owned by Jennifer Lindquist, who previously managed the salon for years. With deep experience in both operations and the beauty industry, Jennifer purchased the salon and led its evolution into primp., bringing a refined vision while maintaining the high standards clients know and trust.

Did the location of the salon change?

No. primp. remains in the same South End, Charlotte location you’re familiar with. While the name and branding have evolved, our address and convenient location have not changed.

Are my Re Salon & Med Spa gift cards still valid at primp.?

Yes. All valid Rē gift cards are fully honored at primp. Gift cards will be accepted through their original expiration date and may be used toward eligible services and retail. If you have questions or need help applying a gift card to your account, our team is happy to assist.

Are all of my favorite stylist still at primp.?

Yes. The talented team you know and love is still here. Many of your favorite stylists from Rē continue to work at primp., providing the same trusted service and expertise—now in a refreshed space with an elevated experience.
