Refund Policy
At primp., your experience matters to us. We take great pride in our work and want every guest to leave feeling confident and taken care of.
While we do not offer refunds on services, we are always happy to make things right. If something about your service doesn’t feel quite right, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly schedule a complimentary service adjustment with your original stylist to address your concerns and ensure you’re happy with your results.
To help us provide the best solution:
- Service adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original appointment
- The original stylist will be given the opportunity to complete the adjustment
- Adjustments are complimentary and provided in place of refunds or service credits
Service adjustments are intended to refine the original service. They do not apply to changes of mind, preference changes, or requests for additional services beyond what was originally booked.
Retail product returns are handled separately under our retail return policy.

No-Show & Late Cancelation Policy
At primp., our time—and our team’s time—is valuable. When an appointment is missed or canceled last minute, it prevents us from offering that time to another guest. To ensure fairness and respect for our providers, the following policy applies:
No-Shows:
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not contact us via phone or email will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service cost.
Late Cancellations or Reschedules:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will also be subject to a 50% charge of the total scheduled services.
We understand that life happens. Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, including but not limited to illness, weather-related issues, or family emergencies. If something unexpected arises, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist.
By booking an appointment with primp., you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for respecting our team and allowing us to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests.
Gift Cards and Memberships
primp. gift cards are a convenient way to share great service and are available for purchase online or in person at the salon.
- Gift cards are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
- After the two-year expiration period, gift cards expire and cannot be redeemed.
- Gift cards may be transferred to another client account upon request by the original purchaser or current cardholder.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- primp. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
- Gift cards may be used toward services and eligible retail, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be replaced once expired.
primp. memberships are designed to provide consistent care and exclusive benefits and may be purchased online or in person at the salon.
Commitment & Billing
- All memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment.
- A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all active memberships.
- Memberships are automatically billed and auto-renewed according to the selected plan unless otherwise requested.
- Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Pausing & Cancelation
- After the initial three-month commitment, members may pause their membership once for a maximum of 30 days.
- Memberships may be canceled at any time after the initial three months by logging into the member’s online account or by calling the salon directly.
- Requests to pause or cancel must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid charges.
Usage & Additional Terms
- Membership benefits are intended for the registered member only and may not be shared.
- Unused services or benefits do not roll over, unless explicitly stated in the specific membership agreement.
- Membership benefits hold no cash value and may not be exchanged or refunded.
- primp. reserves the right to update or modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with prior notice to active members.
By purchasing a gift card or enrolling in a primp. membership, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Privacy Policy
At primp., your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and communicate using your personal information when you interact with our salon, website, booking systems, and communication platforms.
We may collect personal information including, but not limited to:
- Name, phone number, email address, and mailing address
- Appointment history, service preferences, and consultation notes
- Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
- Membership, gift card, and purchase history
- Communication preferences (email, text, phone)

- Schedule and manage appointments
- Provide services and personalized recommendations

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails, replying “STOP” to text messages, or contacting the salon directly. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional or service-related communications.

- Communications are used only for salon-related matters
All payment transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment providers. primp. does not store full credit card numbers. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
All client records, consultation notes, and service histories are treated as confidential and are accessible only to authorized primp. staff for service-related purposes.
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided.
We may use third-party platforms for booking, payments, memberships, marketing, or communication. These providers are required to maintain their own privacy and security standards. primp. is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
