Mare is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist at primp. with over 20 years of experience supporting whole-body wellness through therapeutic massage. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she relocated to Charlotte in 1995 and has since built a career centered on helping clients care for both their physical and mental well-being.

Mare previously treated guests at Carmen! Carmen! Prestige in SouthPark for several years and has also worked extensively with chiropractic patients. This diverse background allows her to incorporate a wide range of techniques into each session, creating massages that are both deeply relaxing and clinically effective.

She is certified in neuromuscular therapy, prenatal massage, and additional advanced modalities, with a specialty in Ashiatsu massage. Since 2002, Mare has been dedicated to providing therapeutic treatments that help relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote long-term wellness. Her work benefits a wide range of clients, including prenatal guests, athletes, migraine and chronic pain sufferers, and anyone seeking improved overall balance and relaxation.
