Jennifer began her career as a hairstylist, developing a strong technical foundation and a loyal clientele through skill, consistency, and genuine connection. Over time, her passion for the industry naturally expanded beyond the chair, leading her into salon management where she discovered her true strength—building systems, supporting teams, and creating environments where both people and businesses can thrive.

Before becoming owner, Jennifer served for years as the manager of Rē Salon & Med Spa, gaining an in-depth understanding of the business from the inside out. That experience positioned her to confidently step into ownership and lead the salon’s evolution into primp.—a reimagined space rooted in clarity, professionalism, and elevated guest experience.
