How the primp. Rewards Program Works
The math is beautifully simple:
10 points = $1
Points add up automatically in your client account—no apps, no punch cards, no paper to lose. When you check out at the register, your available rewards will be ready to use toward any service you book at primp.
Ways to Earn Points
There are six different ways to stack up rewards every time you visit:
1. Rebook Your Next Appointment – 20 points
Book your next appointment before you walk out the door and earn 20 points instantly. Bonus: rebooking means you’ll always get the date, time, and stylist you want.
2. Retail Purchase – 25 points
Treat yourself to professional products and earn 25 points for any retail purchase over $75. Translation: your home care routine now pays you back.
3. Referral – 200 points
Send your friends, family, and coworkers our way. When a new client you referred checks out for the first time, you’ll earn 200 points—and your friend will receive a $20 referral discount on their visit. Everybody wins.
4. Birthday – 300 points
Happy birthday from primp.! You’ll automatically receive 300 points to use during the month of your birthday. It’s our gift to you—pair it with a fresh cut, color, or treatment and celebrate in style.
5. Service Total Bonuses
The more you treat yourself, the more you earn. Service totals earn the following bonus points:
- Over $150 – 10 points
- Over $200 – 50 points
- Over $300 – 100 points
- Over $400 – 150 points
- Over $500 – 200 points
- Over $600 – 250 points
- Over $700 – 300 points
This is the perfect way to be rewarded for the services you were already going to book—balayage, keratin treatments, color corrections, multi-service appointments, and more.
How to Use Your Points
Easy. Your points apply automatically to your client account and are ready to use the next time you check out at the register. Let our front desk team know you’d like to redeem your rewards, and we’ll apply them toward your service total.
Points can be used toward any service at primp.—haircuts, color, balayage, highlights, keratin treatments, hair gloss, Fusio-Dose, you name it.
The Fine Print (Quick & Painless)
To keep things fair and transparent, here’s what to know:
- Points expire 4 months after they’re earned. Use them before they expire so nothing goes to waste.
- Points are not earned on promotional or discounted transactions. If your appointment is already discounted through a promotion, that transaction won’t accrue points—but you can still redeem existing points toward it.
- Referral points are awarded after your friend’s first checkout. Their $20 discount applies at their first visit; your 200 points apply right after.
- Birthday points are only valid during the month of your birthday. Book in advance so you don’t miss it.
